When booking a therapy, training or service, you agree to attend the session (in-person or virtually) with Dhara Jain at the stated cost. In-person payments are due on the day of the session, while virtual appointments and training courses/workshops require payment 48 hours in advance. Virtual appointments will be cancelled if payment isn’t received.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
If you’re under 16, a parent or guardian must sign a contract and complete payment for all therapies, training or services.
Therapies, training and other services can be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Failure to give notice means you’ll be liable for the full session fee. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. Refunds will be the actual price paid minus the deposit.
No refunds are given for completed sessions.
No refunds are offered for training programmes with multiple dates, even if you don’t complete all the modules, including any already done. This also applies if you’re deemed unsuitable for further training.
You agree that the services offered are based on the information you provide, which must be complete and truthful.
You acknowledge that outcomes are not guaranteed and therapy results vary. If I think a referral to another therapist, practitioner or healthcare professional is needed, I’ll discuss options with you. However, therapies like psychic services and hypnotherapy aren’t suitable for everyone, so I can refuse them if I believe they’ll harm your well-being or if I think a different practitioner or service is better.
Punctuality and finishing sessions on time are mandatory. Late arrivals or early session finishes still incur the full session fee.
Abusive or disruptive behaviour, including attending sessions under the influence of alcohol or other substances, will end the session immediately without a refund.
Children under 16 need an adult’s consent for sessions. Those aged 16 or 17 are considered mature enough to decide on their own therapy or service needs.
Sessions are strictly recorded, including audio, video and photos. Hypnotherapy clients must avoid listening to recordings while driving or operating heavy machinery.
